I acknowledge that Bollinger Baseball & Softball does not provide insurance coverage for participating teams, players, coaches, or spectators.
I further acknowledge that participation in baseball and softball activities involves inherent risks of injury. By participating in this tournament, my team voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.
I understand and agree that Bollinger Baseball & Softball, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense incurred by any player, coach, parent, spectator, or team representative arising from or related to participation in the tournament.
